Abstract/Notes Functional drink is a beverage that grows rapidly nowadays and is looked for by the market. Tea is a familiar drink and has the prospect to be further developed as a functional drink by adding its functional values. This research aims to analysis the added value of these tea, i.e product quality, organoleptic tests and antioxidant activity. The results were then compared to the Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) parameters, antioxidant activity with DPPH method, and organoleptic tests with the panelists. The parameters that are used include moisture, ash, extract in water, metal contamination, and total plate count. In overall it suggested that product passed the tests. These tea also shewed higher antioxidant activity and are more liked by the panelist as compare to the products that are available in the markets
