| Abstract/Notes | The research associated to bathing shower gel using natural brown seaweeds Sargasssum filipendula in Indonesia has not been developed yet. Thus, it is necessary to develop organic bathing shower gel products. The purpose of this research are to make bathing shower gel using mixture of S. filipendula and Cinnamomum bumannii essential oil, to examine its eligibility and stability of soap, and make an attractive soap labeling and packaging. The result showed that the organic shower gel product has passed the quality tests according to SNI 06- 4085-1996, i.e. pH 9,02-9,03, free alkali zero, specific gravity 1,02, viscosity 75 dPa.s, and microbial contamination |
